They have a "gallette de roi" tradition for the new year. The youngest person is actually supposed to get UNDER the table and say who gets the next piece of the big pastry. That way they don't know who is getting a big piece. Soeur Addis just covered her eyes and called out the names. Too bad I couldn't get a picture of her under the table :) She was awesome!
